CONVLib:
CONVLib is a series of library modules as well as a GUI and command line utility that allow for the easy conversion between different character encoding standards. The software comprises the following components:
  1. Automatic identification of source character set
  2. All Unicode 2.0 encoding formats - utf-8, utf-16 little and big endian.
  3. All ISO 8859 code pages
  4. All DOS code pages
  5. Shift JIS, Hangul, BIG5 and GB2312
  6. ISO 8879 SGML Reference Concrete Syntax Annex character entities
  7. WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS
  8. MAC encoding standards

Our software was designed from the start to run on Solaris, Windows NT/2000 and Linux. The routines are implemented as shared libraries and so can easily be integrated with existing systems. A Java native interface is also available so that any of the routines can be called from Java. Requires Oracle 8i or above.
